My Aunt Betty was most recently visiting my Mom in Lakeland Florida (USA, for global readers 
Now she has arrived in Tarpon Springs and what is it doing?
Raining.
Yep – no rain in the forecast (just a cold front) but we got it in buckets YAY!!! Having lived ten years in the Tucson Desert … wow … one comes to love the rain (especially when one is living in a drought effected state)-: but it is raining WHOOOO HOOOO!!!!

Yes! We can!!! Now to get all to realize you can’t do it by yourself and (neither can any of us it depends on all of us. Doing what is right and being accountable … LOL!!! what a paradigm shift huh?
Anyway ~ Idea … this is just something that is here (I’m sure there are LOT’s of other similar issues around our great country ~ opportunity everywhere
I live in Tarpon Springs Florida. Less than three miles south (OOPS – said North )-: … but there are similar there as well … of my home is a vacant 212 room hotel and restaurant (used to be a Days Inn and IHOP) it is for sale (has been for many months now).
This vacant property is across the street from a county park (AL Anderson Park). The street in question is US 19 (one of the deadliest streets in the USA)-: http://DeadlyTraffic.com which is about a mile and half north of AL Anderson Park
Across the street from the currently Wal-Mart owned land (straight north of the vacant hotel & restaurant) is Anclote Bend (on the Anclote River) Both of which are on the trail head of the Pinellas Trail
I’m sure there is a limit here – so I will blog this over on one of my site GoalBuzz.com
