Today is March 21st 2009 ~ Saturday.
Since last I wrote – Peter and I spent three awesome days at Spring Training in the Disney area (got about 7000 pictures I need to go through, prep and post
) We had a Housing Association Meeting ~ I’m on the board and I also take the minutes and do the website (which I need to get done, post and be done as well
) We went to Lakeland to take my Mom out for her birthday … YAY!!!! Got Pete all ready for his acceptance letter from USF to get his graduate degree in psychology (his goal, to work with Veterans) and I’ve started thinking and playing with the idea of *fleshing out* Weekend Farms and creating it for real …
LOL!!!
So – back to today is Saturday March 21st 2009 and what we are waiting to do. Pete and I are waiting to book our trip to Hawaii. Our youngest child (Michael) is in the Army. Michael is stationed on the Big Island (Wheeler Army Air Field) Michael is scheduled to go to the desert (Iraq or Afghanastan … it’s gone back and forth I think
gosh what a mess … Love … what the world needs now … Love sweet love :*-)
When we go to Hawaii, we will stop in Tucson Arizona to see friends and pick up Michael’s son (James) to visit his Daddy. James lives in Tucson Arizona with his Mommy and her family
Michael’s wife has decided the best for all of them is to divorce
She tells us we can not pick up James to see his Dad until the courts say we can …
Michael leaves for the desert in September 2009.
The courts are backed-up.
I am so very grateful and thankful for that which is right is … Michael was in an accident March 8th, 2009 while he was riding his motorcycle … steel toed boots saved his foot, his helmet saved his life. In ALL things, find that which you can give thanks for and miracles are yours.
Michael is thankful for the pain he feels. Now, for the thankfulness I have toward the wonderful lady who is mom to my youngest grandson
Mom to Mom – let us know when we can pick up James.
LOL!!! Gratitude is a wonderful thing
Just think 10 to 14 days of being able to get stuff done without having to get someone to watch James, James get’s to see Michael, Michael is even MORE thankful, which makes ME even happier – and the world turns
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!
Accountability … are you accountable for what you do? for what you do not? Each of us must decide for ourselves. No one else can do it for us.
I’m not sure, but I think it is true … true thankfulness is not possible UNLESS one is accountable for themselves.
So ~ The secret of the secret:
- Be accountable (not focused on any one, it is to all (‘specially to procrastinatin’ Evie
) - Be ThankFul (gratitude) (Be Happy * Another Blog Topic
) - Watch for miracles – they are EVERYWHERE!
